Snow’s Indoor Outfitters reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Placing an order
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order is submitted, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided.
Orders are processed once payment is received. In the event of issues such as incorrect pricing, unavailability of items, or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. We may also limit quantities per order or per customer.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes may not be possible once an order has been processed for shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer in-store pickup and shipping on select products. Availability of shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once an order has been processed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions may occur. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
At this time, we may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations. Please review our shipping policy or contact us for more information.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment or issued as store credit, depending on the situation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
